By using MJD Solicitors directly, you are able to instruct us to issue a Solicitor's 7 day letter 24/7. We action all instructions within one working day. For £15.00 plus vat we will issue a letter to your debtor, issue a pdf copy of such letter to you by e-mail, speak with your debtor if they contact us and advise you of any communication that we have with your debtor.
The costs of using MJD Solicitors for undisputed debt recovery work is as follows:
MJD Direct Letter before Action - £15.00 plus vat
Issue Claim Form for undisputed invoices - £120.00 plus vat, plus court fees
Issue Statutory Demand for undisputed debts - £120.00 plus service fees (£3 - £85 depending whether personal or postal service is required) plus vat
