One of the biggest hurdles for employees in bringing claims against employers is the issue of funding. We do not undertake legal aid work nor do we usually undertake employment work on a 'no win no fee' basis. We do however have significant experience of being appointed by legal expense insurers both prior to and after issue of proceedings and can assist you to ensure that your insurers appoint the lawyer that you wish to instruct as opposed to the insurers bulk panel supplier.
We also assist Employers and Employees in negotiating terms of a Compromise Agreement which are used to ensure that all claims resulting to termination of employment are bought to an an end. For further information on Compromise Agreement please use the following link Compromise Agreements
