MJD Solicitors wants its clients to be entirely satisfied with the service that they receive. To help achieve targets on client satisfaction, we make the following commitments:
- Our charges will always be highly competitive and totally transparent
- We will keep you informed of developments at agreed regular intervals
- We will communicate with you in plain English
- We will always be totally frank with you and never undertake work for the sake of it
- If unavailable we will return telephone calls within 4 working hours
- We aim to always reply to emails within 4 working hours
- We aim to always respond to postal correspondence within 2 working days
- We will make ourselves reasonably available outside of office hours, including weekends
